The receptionist spoke English and was incredibly helpful. The location was close to the highway but not too noisy at night. The tiny rooms were well organized and had safety features. We enjoyed the option to stay until the next morning. The automatic check-in and parking were convenient. Free Wi-Fi, parking, flat-screen TV, wheelchair access, pet-friendly.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the well-organized, albeit tiny rooms at this hotel. Despite their size, they provided a comfortable stay. The price for the room was also reasonable and didn't change regardless of the number of people sharing the room. We also liked the ventilation perforation on the window blinders, offering both safety and fresh air. Additionally, the hotel's location, just 2 minutes from the highway, was convenient for our travel needs.

There was a group of youth in the motel who were pretty noisy. The staff was deeply concerned if I had slept well. and noted complaints from other guests.

The shower in the room was painfully small, actually the whole bathroom was one combined small plastic unit similar to those found in RV trailers, but it was functional with lots of hot water. Just had to be careful turning around, constantly bumping into the shower control and either getting lots of hot water or shutting it off....

We had a pleasant stay at Premiere Classe. The automatic check-in was easy and our room overlooked the closed parking, which gave us peace of mind about our car's safety. The staff at the Hotel were absoloutly excellent, the manager could not have been more helpful and friendly. The manager went out of her way on many occassions to make us both comfortable and welcome. The level of service from this budget hotel was way beyond expectation. The accomodation was exactly as expected from this class of hotel but faultless in its delivery, quality and cleanliness. We have used many budget hotels in our travels across Europe by motorbike and if this hotel is typical of Premier Classe we will always use them by choice in the future.
